I had a landlord that was evicting me because I called the building inspector in Oshkosh. The landlord had not done things that needed to be done for some time. And the attorney that helped me was very informational. The court denied him evicting me and he tried to evict me again two more times which didn’t work and it was all because of the assistance I got from legal action of Wisconsin. I feel like they did an awesome job and I would go back to them at any time
Give you worthless information which doesn’t help . This is what our tax dollars go to? No wonder we’re failing as a country.
After 11 years of attempting to get legal assistance with my custody case, I tried again at the end of last year and beginning of this year. Once again a different excuse. Now its they are at capacity for custody cases and can’t take anymore. So how did the other clients get help? Then I get an email saying I’m a conflict of interest, but wouldn’t say for who. This is the only legal assistance for domestic violence victims for the Winnebago and Outagamie County areas and they can’t even help the actual people who REALLY need it! They shouldn’t be expressing how they assist those who need family law help.
