I went through a very nasty divorce. The service that I received was below par. Lucy and her staff were unorganized, I received communication meant for another client, I had to constantly request documents that should have automatically been sent to me, when documents were updated by the other lawyer I did not receive them. Paperwork was always submitted to the court on time, and Lucy was punctual to all appointments, although getting her to return phone calls was a struggle. I think she knew she was over her head an instead of telling me when I had plenty of time to change lawyers she started to ignore my attempts to communicate with her.
