Lie right off the bat. Worst company lying right away. Don’t use it. My advice, said would call back was a whole day late
Worst ever—they don’t respond in anyway except to withdraw your money. One person denied I called him multiple times although I did have it on my phone. Continued to withdraw from account even after i emailed and said I was done with them. When I finally spoke with other people in the company to explain my problem, THEN I got a response but was told they were keeping my money for everything they did already—-which was NOTHING No calls for me or to me, no responses to my calls, text and emails. I have never been one to take reviews seriously. I prefer to give a company a chance. Big Mistake BIG. I should have read these reviews before I made this poor choice to retain them. I have to laugh how they have answer to everyone and make it seem like they did nothing wrong. Look forward people. Move on this company really will rip you off. I would give them a minus star , but the woman who finally helped me get this company to stop taking my money actually gave me very good tips and helped.
