I don’t write reviews often, but I am taking the time to do so because I am so happy with Dan Bach my attorney at Lawton Cates. Let me mention that I professionally give a lot to my clients, and so I also expect a lot when hiring a professional, especially an attorney (so me giving 5 stars is kind of unheard of). First, Dan’s demeanor of calm confidence was a much-needed balance during one of the most stressful circumstances of our life. He guided us through our options, was very realistic with what to expect, did his homework and collaborated with other attorneys/experts as needed, and always did so with a sprinkle of empathy for our situation. He kept the process moving and was not trying to milk us for fees or take longer than necessary. The fees were fair and engaging him was well worth the investment.
