The attorney, Johnen, appeared genuinely pleased to assist and answered my inquiries. I was also able to avoid attending court. However, when it came to the specifics of my case, he did not appear to be directly involved beyond having his staff submit the legal documentation. The fee was $2,500, which was significantly higher than the quotes I received from other attorneys, ranging from $1,100 to $1,500. Notably, they did not even attempt to negotiate with the D.A. I already discussed my case with the District Attorney’s office and receiving a similar offer. Despite all the positive reviews, I had these few concerns that I felt were important to share with others interested in hiring Johnen. My legal representative appeared to be a District Attorney from another county after I conducted a Google search using his name. However, I was unable to locate any further information to verify that.
