Honestly the worst, I paid 3 grand for this and can’t even get a phone call back after 3 weeks of reaching out to my attorney. At this point I’ve learned their waiting jingle. This is ridiculous
I hired Miller and Miller for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. At first they were attentive and informed me of the process but then somewhere in the middle of the process they started slacking. I was suppose to get a form to decline a reaffirmation of a loan because I was voluntarily surrendering a vehicle and they were suppose to send me this form but I had to call bank on my own to send this form to them so they can send it to me. I was basically doing their job for them. So unprofessional. Then I discovered that I was also suppose to get a reaffirmation agreement form for the Mortgage because in the initial documents I stated I was going to keep the house. Well I found out today after calling my mortgage company that I was supposed to fill out reaffirmation agreement to reassume the mortgage so they continue to report payments on my mortgage since I checked my report and the mortgage was missing and so were the payments I have been making. My mortgage company told me there was nothing they could unless I refinance. I contacted Miller and Miller about this and no-one has an idea of why I was not sent a reaffirmation agreement form for the mortgage. I was charged over 2k for their services and this is what I paid for. Just ridiculous. Never again!!!! Do yourselves a favor stay away.
