I used Lawton Cates for my dog bite case. Andrew Hysell represented me. He was very professional and kept me up-to-date on how the case was going. He looked out for my best interest and got me a fair settlement. I would definitely use Lawton Cates again if needed.

I was lucky to have resources to find the right lawyer for the job. After extensive searching and a recommendation by another attorney, we found Dan Bach to help us with the Village of Mount Pleasant’s threats to acquire our property using eminent domain for the Foxconn project. I believe that simply having Attorney Bach in our corner prevented the Village from following through with a taking. And, with Attorney Bach’s help, we were able to negotiate a more favorable settlement with the Village than it had originally offered.

Attorney Stegall is top notch. I did not have the easiest case, in my opinion, but he breezed through it like a true professional. Highly recommend.
