Jack Hoag BREAKS THE LAW!! He forced my husband under duress to sign documents using threats and blackmail of financial stress!!! He LIED several times during my husband’s court proceedings as well. He had the Judge in his pocket as well as the attorney that was SUPPOSED to be representing my husband!! My husband has been so terrified that he has signed papers he didn’t want to sign!!! Jack Hoag is corrupt and we are making it our mission to prove that he has broken the law in several capacities. I mean the man can’t even write a professional letter without spelling and grammatical errors! Even using words out of context he is NOT professional and screws people over while Rock County permits it because he is conveniently also a judge!! What is happening violates several state AND FEDERAL laws!! He is attacking the health of our family KNOWING we both have dangerous conditions. Especially myself, having suffered several strokes. My husband is severely diabetic and this has caused him to almost die and Jack Hoag still harrasses him threatening him!!! People need to stand up against people like him!!
Worst lawyer in Janesville. He is overloaded with cases. He is inconsiderate of his clients. Rarely shows up to court. Instead he sends one of his partners with no notice. He did not fight for me. He didn’t even try to get me the custody I DESERVED of my child. As a matter of fact after the heartaching mandatory 2 years passed I went to a REAL attorney to get my child custody modified. (which by the way I got everything I asked for). After the attorney looked over what Jack “did for me” she asked if I wanted to sue Jack!
Jack is honest and will tell you like it is. He is very professional and though he isn’t always the first one there, you can always count on him to be there. If he believes you, you can trust that he will do what is right. Best lawyer in Southern Wisconsin. Hopefully I never need a lawyer again but if I do, you can bet that I will be calling Jack.
