I had been dealing with an extremely difficult court case and needing representation. I had made one consultation that I unfortunately missed due to my own mistake and was running around doing errands for this court case. I had completely forgot and when calling them to reschedule they were extremely rude to me saying there’s no way they would represent me. Being that my case involved my son I was devestated as I heard they were great. I offered to pay for the missed consultation, and the next if scheduled of course and they refused. I am typically very good with times and not missing appointments and understand the frustratration especially if I was a repeat offender but we hadn’t even had an interaction and was already treated terrible. I tried to make it right and tried to explain how important this was to obtain someone. They didn’t care. I was told There will always be another client so they weren’t missing out. Good to know this I suppose. I don’t want to work with someone that only sees this as “another case” very disappointed with HOW I was spoke to.
