I was the caregiver of a person who had the misfortune of working with the so called “Professionals”. When “Professional” Guardianships entered the picture for a Temporary guardianship order. He was not allowed to be in the home as they steamrolled through the house rifling through everything not asking a single question for which I had the answers. They took inventory, they took all of the cash on the property, they canceled his accounts which were set up for direct deposit and auto bill pay. They did not pay one single bill in the time that they were his financial guardians. His phone, internet and cable is about to be shut off.
This place is a joke. My son turned 21 and received some of his trust fund money however professional guardianship is still holding money and when my son received a lump sum and was told that he’d receive the rest of the money in a few weeks well it’s been over 2 months and he still hasn’t received the rest of his money. Professional guardianship claims he’ll receive the rest of his money at the end of the year and on top of that we believe he’s missing money as well I was told they sent financial statements to me for each year they had the money I only got 2 statement from them I even asked for all the statements from beginning to end and the finance department claims they can’t give them to me I believe they are scamming people and getting away with it
Would not recommend their services to anyone.
