Very unbiased and unprofessional. The “mediator” argued the entire time and then complained about being on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes. That is literally their job. Like I didn’t take off of work and pay for this for fun either. Very disgusted with my recent experience.
This place is a circus. Nothing about this place feels like a mediation. They want to make threats set if you don’t come to some sort of agreement then XYZ. I don’t need them telling me XYZ. They find the person in the mediation who is willing to negotiate some then leverage it with the aforementioned tactics
Their hours are atrotious
