If you want Mr. Potato head(Peter) and Mrs. Potato( Nixi) going to court for you hire them. Peter sided with the other party when the Marital Settlement agreement was very clear. He is corrupt. Paid him 2500.00 and withdrew when money was almost gone. Peter and Nixi are a joke. Like I said if u want Mr. Potato head to represent you hire Peter and Nixi. Peter Represented my fiance. He lied and said he was double booked when I called every courthouse within a 100 miles and no Peter borchard was representing anybody. He let the other party off to have his children and let our lives just drag on and drag on. Should have been done in one case. Not with Peter. Takes all ur money then with draw from ur case with absolutely nothing done at all. Also we had to look on ccap to find out when our court dates were. Nixxi is in the wrong line of work in my opinion. They are the most expensive Joke you will pay to hear.
