Get yourself an attorney that works versus hearing the case, being informed enough, yet charging top money and asks for unnecessary continuances. This is not an attempt to damage anyone’s reputation. He works long enough to take advantage of his clients significantly overcharging for his time. Doesn’t respond well, and when asked to leave a voicemail, apparently in this date and age they don’t have that option to offer. I see this as an ignorant way to practice law. Let’s add to the whole factor, hearing these facts, understanding the law firm is neglecting the client, you get hung up on. No words left.
When you need an attorney, you are in a very vulnerable position. When I started calling around, I was desperate & ran the gamut of taking to attorneys who were pushy, lectured me or were rude. My case resolved yesterday, and if it wasn’t for Shane I would be in jail today or on my way to meet my new probation officer.
