His receptionist is very RUDE and hangs up in your face. I was honestly appalled at the way she speaks until I read other reviews and see this is an average occurrence for his clients! These are lives she is playing with. I cant even blame Robert. She makes things very difficult and probably doesnt pass messages along. Please get a new assistant Robert! Its sad to be treated this way when things are already stressful. No excuses for her behavior! What type of adult acts like that in a professional setting! Quite disgusting!!
If I could vote 0 stars, then I would. Robert Allen Thorson is the most incompetent, lazy attorney I have ever come across.
I have been in the system for about 25 years and have had numerous attorneys represent me. Some were decent enough, some were completely incompetent, judgmental, arrogant, full of themselves, but all of the defenders whom i’ve worked with in the past, in my opinion were all quite lazy.
