Alexis Raihle, had an ethical complaint and some other grievance against her, after the Office of Lawyer Regulation investigated January of 2024, she had to enter into a diversion program. I don’t believe she is one bit remorseful for any of her behavior.
Alexis isn’t a good fit for a contested divorce. As soon as the retainer runs out, communication and representation goes downhill. Took 3 months just to get paperwork filed to put child support on reserve. She also knew the ex spouse wouldn’t backdate the overpayment in child support. It was as though she wasn’t representing her client but instead the other side for not trying to fight for the clients best interest. Due to the child support overpayment the client overpayed by over $5000. Alexis had an excuse for everything. Definitely not a good fit for this client. The client lost everything. Even the few things that was asked during the course of the divorce. She should have known to look up the property tax report of the marital home and use that as the amount for the marital home. But instead of doing that, the asset portion was set $30,000 lower than the price should have been. This client lost everything and still has to pay the ex spouse every month for the next 5 years.
Words can’t describe how unprofessional this law firm is.Dave himself is a manipulative con artist if you do have this law firm check your invoices I was over billed on every invoice.They will say they can help you use almost all of your retainer fee just to tell you they can no longer get the outcome they swore they could. Everyone in his office is extremely rude and unprofessional.Go elsewhere and get a professional.
