Called, was given information about a bill I lost sight of. Spoke to a lady by the name of Maureen. I was given some log-in information to take care of the balance online as I prefer to do that over sharing card information on the phone. Received a paid in full letter in the mail a few days later. Didn’t have a single bad experience working with Tri State. Be kind to them, they’re kind to you. Having worked in collections previously, the staff here were a breath of fresh air. Reported a medical collections account on my credit report, then sold it off but never updated the reporting. The listed phone number no longer works, so I can’t get in contact to get them to stop damaging my credit.
