Mark is very personable, easy to talk to & knowledgeable with 30+ years experience . Also offers more reasonable fees. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a criminal defense attorney call Mark get his opinion before you decide. Mark also does some work for the Public Defender’s Office which was of some concern to us initially, but it is actually an admirable quality that he is willing to help the less fortunate. He’s very experienced and knows just about everyone in Waukesha County Courthouse (which can be a good thing) relationships in any setting business or personal are valuable.
Mark is a wonderful attorney! Highly recommended to anyone with a state criminal case as long as you are making a honest attempt to better yourself and your life. Mark was even kind enough to work with me with his fees allowing me to make weekly payments to him while my case was going through the process allowing me to retain him as my lawyer instead of requiring the/a FULL amount before stating to the courts that I had Mark representing for myself as counsel! Had it not been for Mark’s flexibility and willingness I would have been stuck with a public defender! Thanks to Mark and his ideas during the court proceedings he also reccomend a request for expungement would be prudent and an ideal request for the future!
