Most UNETHICAL attorneys in the state. I hired Menn ( don’t remember the attorney’s name) to fight a fraudulent claim against myself and my business. After missing three court hearings and without notification of any of those hearings, the courts placed a judgement by default. After the fact, I found out her husband was on the same bowling league or team as the opposition attorney and the judge! Conflict of interest much? Now, the person who wrongfully sued me, Timothy Prouse, is divorced and owes the IRS big money for fraud and Attorney Craig Mares is no longer in business . I guess Karma caught up to 2 of the 4 parties…. hopefully the judge and Menn have their day also!
These lawyers don’t fit for you and they get payed from the other side to make your case to go a way for pennies on the dollar. There are better lawyers out there this people are not it.
