My son has been in jail for over 12months and Paul has been there to see him once and now he says he has a plea… I called to see what the plea was and even his own secretary said there is no plea so why would PT lie to my son I told my so to ask how to withdraw from the case and have a fresh new lawyer because all PT has done is lie to me and my son I’ve contacted the bar association. And the jail to receive the phone conversations and the bar associate issued me paperwork to file out and the investigator is giving me a call tomorrow at 2pm I would not trust this lawyer or his staff even judge faircloth don’t like him
My best friend has been in jail for a year and has no priors and Paul Taylor keeps saying I’m gonna come see u with a plea but as far as the clerk and Proc is aware there is no counter offer or plea filed and the clerk said Paul has to put a status hearing motion in for the hearing that was rescheduled due to faircloth not hearings on that date But all other judges was on the 9th day of Jan 2025. I would not as a taxpayer recommend this attorney office.
