I had an extremely disappointing experience with this lawyer and guardian ad litem. Despite what he may think of his own intentions, his arrogance and preconceived judgments without the facts proved to be detrimental. His absolute refusal to listen after he has decided “he knows what’s going on” is sad. His lack of organization and rude behavior added to the frustration. Politeness seemed reserved only for those with political influence or in his good graces. Jeff’s gullibility was disheartening – he readily believed well-told lies without considering the truth from others. In this case a child paid for his incompetence, until the truth revealed itself later. My advice: steer clear at all costs; it’s an experience I would not wish on anyone.
