Approximately 18 months ago my sisters and I started receiving contracts regarding mineral rights in WV. We knew nothing about mineral rights! After extensive research, we found out how our interest in this property came about in the early1900s. Like many of you, we didn’t know what to negotiate for and what terminology we needed in our contracts. Everyone knows the first offer is never a good offer so we couldn’t just sign the first contract, that’s a bad idea. We needed professional help, but at the same time the distributed ownership down through blood lines waters down individual percentages. You can’t spend too much money on legal costs or you make the endeavor a waste of time.
I read all of the positive reviews about Kyle and had a really nice conversation for about an hour prior to doing business with him. I felt very comfortable signing a contract to start doing business with him. I signed the contract and sent a large sum of money and never heard anything from him or anyone in the office again. I attempted multiple times to follow up on the status of my case and our agreement. I made many phone calls and sent many emails. I never received any response. I am very disappointed with the lack of service and communication from this firm. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Had a one hour phone consultation with Kyle regarding mineral rights. He answered every question I had and several questions I hadn’t thought of. Very knowledgeable, easy to speak with, and provided excellent resources for additional research. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend calling Kyle!!
