Jami Cooper and her staff are one in a million. They assisted my husband and I on the adoption of our daughter and were with us every single step of the way prior to her birth and even after. Jami and her staff took careful time to ensure our questions were answered, no matter how silly they may have seemed, and to show nothing short of caring, compassion, and truly as much enthusiasm as we had over the adoption. I can’t leave out Minta, she works the front desk. She was the only employee of a law firm I spoke with (and I spoke with quite a few) that genuinely went out of her way to make a stressful situation seem like the big deal it was.
