Long story short, when I retained Tyler Farmer Attorney to do a quick claim dead I retained him in April 2021 two weeks after the death of my partner took tell June 28th for to have a conference call with him my son my self and Tim son at the Attorney office. Was told Allen Pedersen signed the paper work and it would be recorded on the 5th of July per lorcia his assignment. When I called to see where paper work was my copy was told Allen was coming in to sign papers, july 21 when ask what was going on was told can’t repacent you. Took 800 from me sent unsigned papers back to me. Took my money and did nothing
