This lady is grossly irresponsible and reckless as a “family court investigator”. She was chosen to represent and protect my children in 2018 when my young boys (at the time 7 and 4 years old) were experiencing seeing their father using drugs in front of them during many visits at his home for their visitation weekends. She made things up during our interview and twisted my words (I have proof). I have no idea why a grown woman would behave this way. She lied for the father and he later talked to me about it and laughed saying he didn’t know why she hated me so much. It was absolutely crazy and unprofessional on many levels but scary that she used her authority this way knowing the weight her report has on a judge. After she came out with her faulty report stating she felt I coerced the boys to make them say what they were saying and she felt the father didn’t have a drug problem (he had past history of rehab and dui and she knew this) after all this the father checked himself into rehab in 2020 for a short time but kept using substances after he got out. She was made aware by my attorney of his stay in rehab but still wouldn’t rewrite the report she even had the nerve to recommend the father having PRIMARY CUSTODY!!! Wow!!. It’s now 2023 (boys are now 12 and 9) and the father is still having issues off and on. Right now he is saying he is coming up on his 1 year of sobriety this November and I hope for the sake of the children he’s right. So from 2018 to 2022 my boys had to endure their visits with him doing drugs, him having sex at his house and others peoples homes with multiple different women and the boys seeing naked women, him speeding on the freeway going over 115mph at 3am, falling asleep and nodding off while driving and the boys having to tell him to wake up, being left overnight home alone among many other HORRIFIC events I’m sure many I’ll never know! The system failed my boys beginning with this women who also lied to CPS regarding facts to the case. She has no place “representing” the safety and wellbeing of children. I still have primary custody because the father knows he can’t do it and never wanted full custody to begin with. He just didn’t want to stop doing drugs and this lady made it easy for him. I never lied once Sydney Dolquist.. YOU DID! Shame on you! God knows the truth and what you did! Please get anyone else to help your children if you get this women assigned to your case!!
