Thomas Hackett and his entire staff give 5 star quality service. It is a true gift to have found a firm handling Estates and Trust that I have been able to rely on through all of the years I have been working with them. Whenever I have a question, Thomas asks questions of his own to make sure he understands my question and all of the circumstances surrounding it, thinks about it all, then gives me a complete answer – usually with more than one solution. He not only thinks outside the box, he thinks all the around it too. And he is good about giving the pros and cons of each solution. His support staff are detail-oriented, thorough, and thoughtful.
