What a joke. I had to make majority of the calls to get my own updates, find out the status and get questions answered. Their communication with ne was minimal and majority of the time I spoke to an intern. Then had to wait a day or more for the answers. I offered to write a letter on my behalf and tgey advised against it but imI wrote it anyway. During my interview with a SS rep they complimented me on the letter saying it was well written and very detailed. But yet they took (stole) 25% of the money that was owed. Sorry but as much as I had to myself they should have only stolen 15%. I even complained several times about the “lack” of communication between myself and the firm. That huge percentage they stole would have benefited me way more than them. That’s what im living on and not gassing up my Mercedes with. I would find another attorney. Had they only stoke 15% for the minimum amount of work they did then this would be a different review.
