Recently I was locked in a warranty battle with the manufacturer of an HVAC unit for a new construction home. Lawyers do not take on all cases. Providing the clearest detail with accompanying documentation in as concise a manner as possible was the route I took to get my case accepted. Joshua Volvovic helped convince the manufacturer to do the right thing. Luckily, we did not step foot in a courtroom to find a resolution. From our one phone conversation, Joshua seemed professional and well-versed in the law, citing several justifications as to why we might ‘win’ or ‘lose’. It may not be what you want to hear as the client, but it shows Conway’s expertise. As others have mentioned, billing occurs in fractions of an hour.
