After a long and harrowing process with a debt settlement firm that refused to dismiss an incorrect judgment case, I decided it was time to get a lawyer on my side.
I had a complex case that was based around an illegal attempt to collect on an invalid debt. It involved violations of my rights, consisting of state laws in 2 states, and federal laws. I had spent a year writing letters and quoting statues (law) to the offending firm, as well as other firms they hired to harass me.
