I have known Mr. KOLKE for years now, and am still impressed with how knowledgeable he is. He worked hard this time around to help me get custody of my daughter, and get her out of a really bad living situation with her alcoholic mother, and boyfriend. Family law is confusing, scary, expensive the list goes on it’s probably the worst experience ever. Desmond through it all made my daughter’s safety, and well being his number one priority. Absolutely Horrible….we paid Desmond $10k just to help us fight paying POST secondary child support to a money hungry, lazy ex who spends her money on Botox and hair extensions, chooses not to work, has received tens of thousands of dollars from unemployment and hasn’t made a house payment in two years! Yet still accuses us of being the bad guys. Desmond’s communication was poor to say the least – no communication for weeks – no returned phone calls or emails, adding stress to a stressful situation. Desmond pushed out our court date just to get paid more. Now we’re out $10,000 AND paying for what should have been $0…he did nothing, $10k for his stamp on a paper. We chose him based off great reviews but all must have been bogus, just like the his confidence and appearance of reassurance during the initial consultation. We hate Washington State and would NEVER refer Desmond to anyone – even if he has 40 blah, blah years of experience. To top it off, now she’s taking us back to court for it all again and asking for documents we gave Desmond multiple times, yet he never submitted to the court.
