I went to Dennis to apply for health disability with social security in February 2024. He filled out paperwork and did send it to the SS office. He told me I didn’t have to do anything else but wait the 10 or so months for the SS office to look at my claim and either deny or approve me and then we would go from there. After 11 months of not hearing anything from the office, I called and they told me that a claim was submitted in February, but that I was supposed to write to the SS office to continue my application and had only 6 months to do it after he submitted it in February. He didn’t tell me anything about this so I wasted all of this time. I missed my whole chance to be approved. He also never answered his phone and RARELY returned any phone calls.
I’ve been working with Dennis Combstok now for 5 years because of the pandemic. I appreciate everything he’s done for me and he hasn’t even made a dime off of me yet!!! He treats his clients like family. I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s represents a ton of SSI hearings & has won most of his cases. Thank you so much for hanging in w/ me, he even helped me with getting a Supreme Court attorney!! So I can work both angles w/ my appeal process!!
