Craig Anderson saved my butt in a very convoluted closing for a refi that was orchestrated by another escrow and title company. I had problems with the note holder and it was very difficult to communicate and work with the note holder to release the note and deed. Having known and done a previous closing with Craig and his office in the past, he came on board, collaborated with the other escrow office (I should have hired his office altogether to begin with, but the bank wanted to work with the other office), and he completely saved my behind, by getting a hold of the note holder, working the paperwork and signatures with them, and closing all the gaps towards this refinance transaction. Thank you Craig!
