Sara tried to handle our custody case but was too busy to do a thorough job. She was difficult to get a hold of and didn’t follow up with other people who contacted her. We switched to another law firm and consulted with another. Both law firms suggested we were overcharged for the small amount of work she performed.
Their professional support and commitment made all the difference in getting my daughter home. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise throughout the process!
So to start off, I’m pretty much disappointed hired this firm because of the reviews and had Dana Brimmer as my lawyer for a parenting plan case…there was little to 0 communication when I’d email I wouldn’t hear anything for days then when things needed to be submitted I got a call a day or hr before it was to be submitted and felt rushed. Put 4k in the trust and because she no longer works for the firm I have to go outside to a new firm and put an additional 5k towards someone else. It’s frustrating and bank breaking. I felt like I got scammed because there was really in nothing achieved and on received 1400 back. It’s hard enough trying to save money but now I have to go into debt because the unprofessionalism I received.
