I paid Mr. Hawkes to prepare my Will. Since then, he refused to send me a copy after repeated requests. I don’t know why he became so angry at my request. I have since paid another attorney to prepare my new Will. I have specified “revoked” regarding the one Mr. Hawkes prepared in case he is keeping it to seek money after I pass away.
I do not recommend this guy especially if you are a woman divorcing. I went in with my case with domestic violence just for interview for 350 only to be told being he has all the money because I was a stay at home mom that I’m better off staying married because it would be too difficult to find him or his finances as he moved out of state..in otherwards he didn’t want to work hard. Seems like he is team men. Very doughtful right off. Oh the other lady told me they could get me help with finding someone to help me deal with my domestic violence issues but I can do that myself. Staff was very helpful though.
