I needed someone to represent me at a DOL hearing. I called a number of well regarded lawyers in the area but none would only do a DOL hearing. One attorney recommended Linda. I contacted the office near me and was very promptly call back. They told me that DOL hearings are VERY difficult to win but they were more successful than most other offices. I engaged their services for $500. I was concerned that I would just get ripped off and loose the hearing. Instead I was kept in the loop every step of the way. They always knew what was going on and they certainly had my best interest in mind. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I was one of the very fortunate few that actually won a DOL case.
