Williams Kastner, based in Seattle, Washington, is a law firm that excels in insurance and personal injury law, garnering praise for its dedicated attorneys. Clients have expressed gratitude for the firm’s exceptional service, highlighting the competence and thoroughness of attorneys like Evan Loeffler and Kaitlyn Jackson, who have successfully handled complex cases with a personal touch. Overall, reviewers appreciate the firm’s commitment to client care, wishing they had sought their services sooner for a more efficient resolution to their legal matters.
We are lucky to have Evan Loeffler handle our eviction case. He is very patient with me and approachable. He is very experienced and thorough. His team is also helpful. I can’t disclose too much as the case is going on. But I think we are in good hands. We wish we could have get referred to him much earlier so we wouldn’t have wasted too much of our time. I just feel for long term landlords like us, it is very important to have a great lawyer by our side, when it comes to leases, contracts, professional renters etc…
Williams Kastner is a full service law firm with a personal touch. The attorneys care about and take care of their clients, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals. I can’t recommend the firm enough.
In late June of this year 2024, I was contacted by Eddy Silverman regarding a small claims case against one of the most horrible Wal Marts in the country here in Yakima WA. I countered with just five hundred dollars more from this awful behemoth of a “corporation” that gets sued roughly five thousand times a year……..and this so called “great attorney”, does not reply/let me know what WM thought, which of course left the door open for me to draw up the Complaint and Summons to take WM to Civil District Court OR Superior Court. I know how to draw up these forms myself, saving hundreds of dollars. Although Eddy Silverman didn’t represent me, he did let me know by his inactions and words, that, even if its a pro se litigant in SMALL CLAIMS cases, WE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AND SCREW WITH. The crux of the matter? I am disabled and let WM know of the extreme traumatic events I had to endure over the course of the recent years. Hmmmm………..quite…….sadistic. Too bad I look how I Iook…………………..and am not like others.
