Hired Erica to help me with the custody of my child. During the initial consultation with her she seemed to know what needed to be done right away. Yet it turned out that half of her actions were not even necessary nor accurate, nor in their ability (as wage garnishment for example). But she was claiming she’d do it. It was all done and said just to expand this process longer and for me to pay them longer. All the communication is only via email; towards the end it seemed that they were not even reading my emails and not hearing what I was asking them to do. Multiple times I had to repeat myself saying I couldn’t afford the trial for $30k that they were pushing me to go to, and I was asking for mediation – they tried to convince me that it won’t work in my case and I’d waste more time and money. After emailing them and complaining that I’m not seeing any results with them, and that I’ve already spent close to $20k and it’s been over a year, Erica responded to my email after a month of receiving it stating that it hurts her feelings that I’m complaining, she even took some sentences from my old emails to them to “prove” that I am wrong, and basically if I’m not happy they’re no longer going to “help” me. And she charged $395 for this response!
