I did do my research with this firm and decided that due how severe my case is, I would also be happy with their services. Unfortunately, I didn’t listen to their bad google reviews that stood out to me. Please take the time to consider my review.
I had a pretty straightforward and simple case, but the team made me feel like it was nothing but the most important case ever. They were diligent in their communication and information collection, and everything was done better than I could have asked for, and in a very timely fashion.
I didn’t end up moving forward beyond the first consult and was disappointed in my experience. I had to intake like three different times with the same information. The lawyer I was assigned to was late to our scheduled call that I had to follow up with them. During the initial consult the lawyer was not very insightful to the problem at hand (divorce with mental illness), and couldn’t answer questions regarding protective orders. The consult is also meant to go over contracts and retaining fee vs the legal advice I thought I was paying for. But of course they are great and extremely timely for follow up for the retaining fees and signing contracts!
