I sent an message thru Scott’s website on a Sunday night. He called me in less than 3 minutes, most attorneys do not reply at all. He sat on the phone with me for about 10 minutes going over my case, even though he doesn’t represent tenants, and gave me a consultation without even being paid. This previous 3.0 rating is outrageous, this guy is a true professional.
This guy helped his client try to evict me from a house I didn’t live in,no sort of paperwork or anything saying i lived there as part of a bigger family dispute.I got that fixed but had to sit through a zoom court proceeding related to this in which Scott was representing the other side. The county pro-bono attorney program was stellar and had no problem shooting him down.I honestly was not impressed. His approach and the document packet were poorly at best and his court room performance wasn’t much better. The judge was not impressed with his attitude either. We suspect that the paperwork was all handled by the client whom fancies herself a legal buff but I suppose putting your name on an unqualified clients work isn’t much better if that is the case.Either way he is currently included in a ADA/human rights commission case as council to the perpetrator as well.
I had a great experience with Scott in the spring of 2022. I had a landlord issue and Scott was the only Attorney that returned my call.
