I reached out to this firm about my situation where I recently went into a emergency surgery and where my doctor then apologized two weeks later for making a mistake of removing another part of my internal organ without my consent or my wife’s they made a judgement call while I was open and yet I’m having to go threw another surgery again for the same procedure I went threw at first and I will have to over come another removal I was not able to get someone to help in my situation I was informed that they usually take bigger cases meaning my case is not at value to them and was mentioned they do higher cash money values only and i expected more I was not given a reason than I do have something to try to reach out to someone else to not give up and I was turned down I believe I do have a case where malpractice was done to me by my surgeon but yet I guess I know very little take my feed back as guidance before you waste your time on them helping guess there isn’t any good lawyers that actually care anymore
Sean and Russ have been a godsend for me. When I got t-boned by an uninsured motorist with a resulting back injury I was lost after being lowballed on my initial offer. Few things can alleviate the physical pain and mental headache from dealing with a car accident and resulting injury but Sean and Russ were able and willing and to do everything in their power to recoup damages.
