I’ve retained Mr. Kogut for 5+ years. He has been supportive and assertive in an extremely difficult custody case. He fought hard to restore high quality parenting for the children. With his advocacy, I’ve witnessed kids being reunited with a parent. His communication is direct, pertinent, and concise. He responded to emails in a timely manner. For my lack of knowledge of law or custody issues, at times, his advice felt cold. However, retrospectively, his advice were legally prudent and have stood the test of time in the courtroom. His bills were mostly accurate. He reasonably and prompted corrected any billing inaccuracy. If there was an error, he was humble and responsive about it.
