I called to ask a question. I did not get to finish the short background info and ask my question when she jumped in and started saying things I already knew. When I said, “Yes, that’s what they said”, she said, “I know, I’m an attorney.” She didn’t need to answer in that rude way. I let her speak. I then asked a question, “Do I serve him in the facility he’s in” and she got very rude…somehow she thought my question was rude. Why she was on the defensive and rude for innocent questions or statements, I have no idea.
I had called looking for counseling on some family matters and wanted to inquire of her rate and availability but from the get-go experienced a rude demeanor.
With a little rough start Virginia finished strong. She helped me help my mom during a tough time & I am grateful that my mom has more peace of mind moving forward.
