Sean Walsh Attorney, located in Lacey, Washington, is noted for his office’s beautiful ambiance by Budd Inlet, which adds to the overall experience of visiting. While some reviews express dissatisfaction with his representation, others appreciate the honesty and professionalism he brings to the table. Overall, the setting and atmosphere of the law office seem to leave a positive impression on clients, highlighting the importance of a welcoming environment in legal services.
Sean Walsh with OWADA Law was retained to challenge a fraudulent audit targeting my wife’s business. We hired him in good faith to fight against the unjust claims made by Labor & Industries (L&I), who are attempting to charge her for workers’ compensation related to a licensed plumber—even though she doesn’t own a plumbing company and the individual in question is a state-licensed, independent contractor.
Terrible representation with this firm. Specifically Sean Walsh. It was very confusing of whom he was working for, L&I or me the client. He ran up the bill to justify his work by repeating questions that I have already answered several times. The case was simple and very little work needed, yet he made it seem as if Amazon was being audited. He hung up the phone on me like a child throwing a tantrum. He is clearly not a secure, confident human that has the ability to communicate well with woman. Sean is not an attorney that will fight for you. He is an attorney that just settles. Yuck I will be filing a complaint with the state board for his negligence and misrepresentation. He took money from me and failed terribly to provide any sort of defense. Instead he was L&I’s lap dog and jumps through hoops to appease L&I instead of fighting for what is right! I hired an attorney to defend me, not a door man for L&I. Stay away from this law firm if you are looking for attorneys with a spine.
Amazing and honest
