I was super eager to work with Brian and his team however, there was a delay with me being able to produce paperwork needed before our initial appointment due to my work schedule. When I texted Brian and let him know that I would be able to bring all the documents in for our meeting. He proceeded to let me know that since I could not produce a photo in the timeframe he needed he did not want to take us on his clients. I found this to be very distasteful seeing that my wife and I both travel for work meaning we don’t have access to all our documentation at any given time only when we are home. He then proceeded to tell us that we would not be a good fit for his firm to find another attorney.
