I got a ticket for a cell phone in my hand as a semi truck driver. Attorney Kevin Holt and his staff got the ticket dismissed in court. I was stopped at a traffic light and looking at Google Earth to see if I could safely get my semi into a parking lot for Harbor Freight. It didn’t matter what reason, because I was getting a ticket with a couple more items that were supposed to be dot violations that were absolutely false. Be careful in Kennewick, there’s a somewhat delusional officer writing tickets for cell phone usage at traffic lights and delusional violations of dot regulations.
