My brother-in-law passed away in August of 2024. My sister has dementia so my husband contacted this firm to establish a POA for me to handle the estate. There were current wills so basically not much needed to be done but Evergreen insisted that probate was required. My husband and I handled the estate and selling of all properties. Many thousands of dollar later – Evergreen is asking to replenish the retrainer even though everything has been sold and no debtors. I was very disappointed in the service we received and the cost was beyond questionable. Do not recommend!
