I ended up winning my case, BUT when I get referred a particular attorney and my case lays in their hands I should be now relaxed knowing that my Rep will be in Court ON MY CASE, and I shouldn’t have to call around to find out what is going on with being late!! His first excuse I expected the next 3-4 were lame. I caught on that Scott over books himself and knows it!! I seen Scott in a court case the other day and guess what? He had to step out of the court room to go to another case and held up that individuals time money and efforts, this creates mass pressure on any client like myself when this happens. I make $52 hr. I had to take off 3 days just because either this guy didn’t show or he was late and that made the Judge mad so I had to go back 3 extra times and this was for the final yes or no on my case, the Case did get dropped but I paid $2500 to Scott and lost 3days wages @ $52 hr and stressing out the whole way once I got swapped to Scott. Oh yeah, some other guy stepped in because Scott was on another case elsewhere when my case finally got dropped, Scott nowhere to be seen!! I’d love part of my Money back actually!! I’d go a different route, make sure the attorney doesn’t pull this kind of stuff, as it is we are already stressed out, don’t need to add to it one bit!! Good luck out there!!
