Omg worst phone call I could’ve had. The woman that answered was so disrespectful and then hung up on me.
No morals or proper etiquette when dealing with the bereaved or the deceased s property of an estate. I knew attorneys could be crooks but WOW. their is a special place in hell for the actions, or rather lack there of, committed by Mr richardson. My dad worked is whole life to pay off his home just for some crook attorney to Try an bend the law to his will and take it from his heirs . Isnt there some kind of code of ethics that attorneys must follow? I don’t want to go through all the details about this case , it has upset me enough already. All we can do now is pray for Mr Todd richardson and hope to God there will not be many more suffering families out their he takes advantage of , by representing anyone who steps in front of him . Wouldn’t recommend this guy. While the judge stuck up for him saying it must be confusing remembering idaho and washington laws .
