Phenomenal attorney. Tom successfully guided me through a tense and rather public ordeal. He’s smart, knowledgeable and aggressive when necessary. He’ll also call you on your crap when needed and he only has his client’s best interests in mind. I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney again but if I did, I’d call Tom.
This man caused my Brother and his best friend 10 years of their lives, he brought up in court about an incident that the Judge told him not bring up. Because Tom’s incompetency, the Judge ruled a mis-trial and when the Jury was polled, they unanimously rendered a not guilty verdict! These 18 year old boys spent 10 years in jail. The Bremerton Sun even did a front page story of how he was responsible for these young boys to lose 10 years of their lives. His incompetence not only caused pain and suffering for my brother and his friend, he caused pain and suffering for our family. There is no way any of us can get those years back, I would never recommend this man and I would tell others to be aware of him.
