We hired Elizabeth to handle a water well issue with our house we purchased where the seller and his real estate agent failed to disclose numerous issues with the well. She was on top of everything, very communicative and went above and beyond what we felt was the norm. Her pricing was fair and we ended up getting the outcome we desired. I highly recommend her firm!

Heather Wolf did the bare minimum for our business purchase, and we felt like she made the process harder than it needed to be. She came off as condescending when she’d push back on items we were confident about. She would defer to our CPA about certain things, but then she’d disagree with our CPA’s recommendations and try to make us do something different. It felt like she picked fights about things just so she had more time to bill us. Over time I have realized more and more clearly that the agreement she wrote for us was heavily leaning towards the Seller. She was not there to support or help us in any way. All she cares about is getting paid.
