I’ve been going through a difficult custody situation. Emotions have run high, and Betsy, Jenn, Lacey, and Grace have always been the voice of reason for me. Their experience and practical approach to the situation has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve always been able to reach them when needed and they return calls and emails in a timely manner. They are very well respected in court hearings and they bill fairly. I’ve watched other attorneys charge ridiculous fees and encourage frivolous litigation. You won’t find that in this law office. I highly recommend Brinson and Heinz.

Worst attorney I could have possibly chosen in a family matter. We went to court and she didn’t even tell me what the hearing was about. She provided entirely different information and advice as to what the hearing was about and how to respond. She made no sense and talking about events in court that had never happened. You’d be better off representing yourself than getting poor advice and so-called “representation” from this woman. Maybe she had too heavy of a caseload to focus, but then she shouldn’t have taken my case.
